I called our agency yesterday with some questions. One of which was about our "PA". PA, in the Ch*na adoption world, means Pre Approval. It means that preliminary paperwork was reviewed in Ch*na and approved. It happens when the dossier still needs to go to Ch*na. And, it was one of my questions. Did we ever get PA? Our Letter of Intent (LOI) went out on April 20. We had heard nothing. Yeah, a little nervous but pretty sure everything was ok. So, what'd they say?!?!
We had PA on April 22 - just two days after we turned in our LOI! I have never seen any PA's under a week. So, we celebrated another mile marker in the journey and recognized God's hand again!
Ok, Mr. FedEx, now bring us that authenticated dossier from the consulate and make it a week to really celebrate!
