Then...
uncertain, strange, easily upset
when she didn't get what she wanted or, most likely,
didn't understand.
And now...
happy, silly, smart, trusting, thriving toddler
who may still throw a fit when she
doesn't get what she wants.
That's ok though, 'cause she sure is a keeper. Having her in our family has taught us many things. She is a joyful blessing and DH and I are honored to call her our daughter.
